the art deco style of the townhouse was attractive i found the cleanliness really good the room was very comfortable i also had complimentary port and brownie bites i consider it a nice touch the staff were helpful and arranged a late check out for me
i found many corridors, and the coffee machine's placement seemed out of place because it wasn't in the restaurant area, a minor inconvenience

the room was very very comfy and tidy i appreciated the central location of the hotel it made exploring very convenient the bed provided a great sleep with lovely bedding. i also found the staff to be very friendly throughout my stay. the bathroom was nice with a great shower.

the room had lovely decor and was a nice size. the bathroom looked great. the bed was comfortable. i thought the pub downstairs had a gorgeous atmosphere.
the reception lady wasn't very friendly or helpful, it's a minor detail though.
